OUR SPACE

The villa on Dr. Finochietto street in the district of Barracas, Buenos Aires, is the first PAVILION NORDICO residency. The villa is also the host location to many of our exhibits, talks and dinners.

Earlier this year, the PAVILION NORDICO visual design team Kiosk Studio, composed of graphic designers Josefin Askfelt and Emil Willumsen, spent one month in Buenos Aires to prepare the house for our residents. They renovated and decorated the creators’ rooms and studios, the common areas and the beautiful rooftop terrace,

The interior is sourced from local second hand shops in combination with furniture from ARTEK and organic textiles from young Danish label TEKLA.

On the opening day of the space, we invited talented Argentinian architecture photographer Javier Rojas to capture the PAVILION NORDICO villa in its new beauty.
